De-stashing and clean-out service

Looking to clear out a collection or donate a large amount of fabric, sewing tools, notions, or machines? By donating to Sincere Studio, you can ensure that your donations go to good use by the local sewing community. Sincere Studio will hold onto any materials that are needed for our classes, then pass along the rest to people who can use it. The majority of the Sincere Studio community consists of new sewists who would be grateful for supplies and tools!

As a 501C3 non-profit, we are able to provide a detailed tax receipt of all donated materials for your records. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Our de-stashing and clean-out service is staffed by volunteers and is for anyone needing to donate a large collection or estate.

    step 2
Box up or securely pack collection. If assistance is needed, we may be able to provide volunteers.

    step 3
Pickup - Sincere Studio volunteers and staff will arrive and pick up donations. Donations will be transported to our studio where we'll unpack and provide a detailed tax receipt as soon as possible

    step 4
